For an ideal handling of the model, it is very important to follow these indications:
- In the work models, all segments must be removable and stable.
- We recommend using extra hard chalk (i.e., 6873 type IV, better if in a neutral color like gray, beige or white). As an alternative you can use poliuretaniche or epossidiche resins of an opaque color.
The stump must be in chalk and molded with a ball-shaped bit and must have sharp ditching.
Do not mark the end of preparation, nor use spacing lacquers or hardeners for the chalk.
Use a silicon chiave di registrazione occlusale for height and shape of structures.
Eventual gum guards are necessary to produce a correct structure at the bridge joints.
Nei modelli di lavoro su impianti le zone interessate da un bloccaggio su impianti non devono essere sezionate.
On-site Alterations
For eventual alterations, we recommend the use of fine frese diamantate of about 30 microns or frese zirconio (dry kit, wet kit, professional kit) distributed by DI-Shape®. Alterations must be made with a low rotation turbine (distributed by DI-Shape®) with a cooling water stream. The areas in between the teeth are defined during the planning phase on CAD and can not be mechanically modified.

Before Ceramification
For the ideal surface treatment, sand the zirconia structure with aluminum dioxide 110 micron and 2.5 bars of pressure. We recommend cleaning the zirconium structures in distilled water at 60° with ultrasounds. The structures can be treated with a liner, infiltrated or ceramified directly.
